Spartan's Quest: Collar Tie Counter to Kote Gaeshi Wrist Lock Throw

Coach Moore drawing on his Aikido training starts combining the worlds of Catch Wrestling and Aikido to develop this counter to the collar tie that is typically met with in submission wrestling or jiu jitsu competitions. The turn done here almost looks "fake" or as if they let me just roll them to their belly however this was not the case. It's all about technique which is something I picked up a long time ago. As long as the arm is kept straight and controlled plus you are aware of how to apply the turn; they roll right over effortlessly. Special thanks to my partner here for taking a hard bump on our unforgiving mats.
